What you are buying

For a one-time payment of $99 CAD plus applicable taxes, you get:

• a guided online interview, which you complete at your own pace;
• a personalized written report on how you could make more money, built from your interview, prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by a person before it is sent to you;
• delivery of your report by email as a PDF. Some reports also include an editable Word file of their templates.

Every report includes a personalized draft value statement. Other tools are chosen for your goals and circumstances, so they vary from report to report. Your purchase does not include coaching, consultations, follow-up reports or ongoing support.

What your report is, and is not

Your report helps you explore earning possibilities. It is based on what you tell us and on sources available when it is prepared. It is not a guarantee of income, employment or business success, and it is not financial, tax, legal, career-placement or mental-health advice. Decisions you make are your own.

Who can buy

You must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence and live in Canada, outside Quebec. The age of majority is 18 in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan, and 19 in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. One purchase covers one person and one interview.

Price and payment

The price is $99 CAD plus applicable taxes. You pay once, through our payment provider, Stripe, which shows your total before you pay. We never see your card details. Stripe emails your receipt.

Your interview

Your interview is available as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your interview is linked to the email address you sign in with. Your interview starts when you save your first answer. Your answers save as you go. You have 90 calendar days from your purchase to complete it. If you need more time, help, or would like a refund, email us. We handle every request fairly. Your purchase is never cancelled or refunded automatically at the end of the 90 days.

Delivery

We deliver your report by email within three business days after you complete and submit your interview. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays in Ontario. You do not need to answer any further questions to receive it. If your report is late, our Refund Policy lets you choose a full refund.

How your report is prepared

Your answers are analyzed with the help of AI tools. A person reviews every report against a written quality standard and approves it before it is sent. Figures are calculated from your own information and from published sources, and each one says where it came from.

Your information

Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store and delete your information. It forms part of these terms.

Using your report

Your report is for your personal use. You may share it with people who help you, such as a mentor, family member or adviser. You may not resell or publish it.

Your copy of this agreement

Within 15 days of your purchase, we email you a copy of this agreement with your name, the purchase date and these terms.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law, including any right to cancel.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version you agreed to when you bought applies to your purchase.

Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your province or territory of residence apply.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy that you have under applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to cancellation, refunds or resolving disputes.
